If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. Our team will review and guide you through the return process.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging for return approval. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be initiated within 5–7 business days.


Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, and certain items (like personal or hygiene-related products) may not be eligible for return.
